I have 3 Paratilapia right now...1 big old male that tries to kill me every time I walk past and a pair.The pair are young yet so they are in a 50 breeder,but the male is a good 12" now and has a 110 that he shares recluctantly with 3 silver dollars and a plec.Beautiful fish!!!

Sorry..meant to also say that I didn't in any way condone the practice...just wanted to see what reactions were. I would never buy a fish that had been dyed,painted or tatooed myself.I'd rather have the real thing.

I used contact paper on all my tanks...you can buy rolls at Walmart or any other discounter.I had no trouble finding dark blue,dark green and black.Hardest part is getting all the bubbles out!

Hi, New to the group.I had a Cherax quadricarinatus that arrived carrying berries also...I ended up raising over 400 of them. One thing i found out though..they are definately cannibalistic little rats!!!
