I have abunch of pics of her without them, mostly on my old pc that was just updated, I have to get all my info transfered to my new one, lately she keeps them up alot of the time, and spends alot of time in the cave. Im gonna seperate them for a few months cause Im over run with fry and she needs a break, believe it or not most of the time she is the aggressor. But he is much bigger so whe he gets riled up she knows not to stand up to him. I think she keeps the bars up to keep him happy.

Really nice! I like how the females change like that... It almost looks like a different fish. I remember when my Texas was in with the male FH, she kind of looked like a batgirl superhero fish with the black back and underlip masks. Haha
