Yeah we're thinking of the same stuff (I had blue fingers for a month last time I used the damn stuff, it's a major pain.....). It'd also be stupidly expensive to dose the whole tank, so I was thinking soak the filter components in a bucket of it to reduce cost & spare your hardscape. My thought process was to try & spare the bacteria if you can by using M-blue instead of bleach, but bleach will definitely get the job done too. Good luck!
