Depends on condition. Low clear water i would go smaller, higher water a bit dirtier you'll be more than fine. Browns hit bigger stuff than rainbow in my opinion.

Thanks, going out again in a couple of hours, hopefully this time it will be with more succes, gonna fish a part of the river i havent fished before.
I dont usually fish trout, rainbow or brown. Usually fish for pike, perch and zander. I have been doing this kinda like i fish shallow water perch. A perch wont have a problem hitting a size 4 - 5 spinner

Well unfortunatly to cold to go out today ): I however looked at the fish where im gonna be fishing tomorrow. Lots of current, alot. Less current where i was fishing yesterday, and i had issues getting my lures down there, might have to weight my lures down or something. I also heard that browntrout likes a fast retrieve?
