Chances of it being anything other than a fasciatum, tigrinum or reticulatum are slim to none. The difference between the three spp mentioned usually becomes more or less visible when they reach ~2' at least. Until then, IME we'd be engaged in a rather fruitless guesswork.
The lateral white stripe is a feature of ALL TSN babies. It will disappear when the fish reaches ~6"-8".
