old pool new pond

i have water tested the pond and it looks like it has no leaks my question is can i just paint the pond its concrete and use to be a pool so will that be enough to keep it safe for the fish and what paint should i use? does anybody suggest any certain color for the pond to be i was thinking of a dark blue

That looks to have some awesome potential. There are numerous products for coating/sealing concrete ponds. You'll have to scrub down the pool walls prior to any coating.
BTW, check the volume of the pool filter. Pool filters are undersized for non-chlorinated set-ups with large bio-loads so, an upgrade of the filtration system will need to be made.
What are you planning on keeping in this pond?

do you guys have any good idea on what paint i can use for this. pond armor is a no cause its to expensive and i have to use a lot of it for this.

Why even bother painting? Fish ponds normally develop algae on the pond walls. You won't see the color after a few months. If anything, paint between the waterline and coping only.
