Fish can become egg bound if there is not an acceptable male to spawn with.
If the eggs are not released, they can actually rot inside the fish and kill it.
Not saying it is or isn't egg bound, or bloat, I'd try the epsom first.

Okay well this sucks! I leave for vacation Sunday and won't be home till Friday! I would have to have her in another hospital tank for Epsom salt right? Or is Epsom salt okay for all my other fish? What causes bloat if it's that?

Epsom salts won't harm the other fish, and if it is bloat, she shouldn't be fed for a while anyway.
I find vacations without feedings are very good for my fish, and I often leave for 10 days or more at a time.
