Thanks again everyone for the kind words. I must say the whole ordeal was made easier having people like you to tal to this past week. Still feeling a little gut wrenched this morning, but life goes on and i will not let this put me off. Unless i wait for the one male pup to mature i will be looking for another BD male now, although i will never be able to replace him. To me he was a special ray!

very sorry to hear jim but at the same time i appreciated the detailed updates, videos and the final pics that explained what the problem was.
ive lost a few rays myself and its never easy. I hope your search for a new ray doesnt take too long but at least you were able to keep some cracking pups from him !
