That should be enough to power everything you have if you can employ manifolds correctly. You might need another one for the 10 10 gallons.

Any tips on doin the manifolds ?

We can't say how big of a pump till we know how many outlets to the tanks and what size and length of pipe you will use. Also what will the depth of thr tanks be? Using airstonrs? They takr morr pressure. Will you be adding more outlets in the guturr? Call JEHMCO. They will sell you exactly what you neef
