I have tons of frozen trout, yellow pirch, and crappie filets from this seasons fishing trips...would these fish be ok for her?

They surely would be unless very fatty. Then I'd offer as much lean fish as the fatty fish. That is, fatty fish can account for about 50% of the total fish offering, not counting other foods.

Also, filets are very much largely void of needed vitamins, minerals, enzymes, trace elements, roughage, and other nutritional matter. Whole fishes are the best with heads, guts, scales, bones, and all.

If you are near the ocean, I'd rather go with marine - less of a chance to transfer a pathogen. Either way, make sure to freeze your catch at low enough temp for a long enough time to kill off any parasites. I catch ~10 cubic feet a year of 3"-4" minnows to feed my fish in the Gulf of Mexico. I use a cast net, IDK if it is legal where you are.
