He emailed me back he is out of a lot of bichirs

He's a pita to get a hold of I contacted him at the end of july, he emailed me back the pricelist, I picked what I wanted asked for a total with shipping and then 16 days later he contacted me back saying he lost my emails in his pile of emails and that he was sold out of one of the fish I wanted. I picked something else and asked for a total haven't heard back and that was on the 21st of last month. His customer service has always been notoriously bad so good luck.
