All okay nitrites are a little high. Like .25 and ammonia was a little high ish like 40 but I just did 75% water change today.

Water temp? Looks like ich spots on him but it could just be bubbles or the picture? How active is it?
I set the water temp to 85. I turned it up. I also noticed the spots and are in the process of ice treatment. Turned the temp up 5 degrees. But it's currently at 82.7 degrees. I.normally keep the tank between 82 and 83

This is why he is like that. Your tank is not cycled or your bio filtration can not handle your bio load

You're going to need to do a lot of water changes to keep the ammonia and nitrite low while your bio filter catches up
