my fish has a pimple, parasite?

my fisk has a 1mm white pimple growing slowly out of its chin, has had it for 2-3 months now, dont know what it is, any of you seen something like that?

I don't know what that is could be an abscess. You could put one carefully placed drop of iodine directly on the spot. Pat the area dry be careful not to get any in the mouth or gill, wait about ten seconds and put the fish back into the tank.

Looks like a wart(viral) but it looks to be deeply infected or enflamed, so I'm not sure what to make of it....

if its not bothering the fish and not changing much I would just monitor it for now

I know this sounds weird but my little dovi had the same thing only it was on his top lip . I thoroughly cleaned his sump and gravel vacummed every two days . soaked his food in metro and a teaspoon of Epsom salt with two teaspoons of distilled water. this may help your situation
