steak is from couple nights ago. rib eye, medium, stir fried onion, peas and carrots, steamed rice with two eggs, over easy. it's meals like these that adds as a constant reminder that i cannot go vegan

Lovely. Enjoying pomies with Pepsi ?
Isn't it an odd combination ? Instead of cleansing your pellate Pepsi will mess it up lol

The day of fatness begins with some SPICY egg curry/potatoe curry and coconut/rice pancakes. Lunch will be typical turkey day food.

Came home from Thanksgiving dinner wit a bunch of left overs and the turkey carcass. This large thing still had a ton of meat left on it. So, yesterday took the carcass and made turkey soup. Added a ton of different veggies which soaked up all the turkey juice goodness, and it turned out super yummy especially on a cold, windy day.....and pretty healthy as a bonus.

When it comes to cutting the meat from the carcass turkey soup and turkey salad are time honored mainstays in this household.

wife just drops the carcass in and boils it off the bone, makes the base for the turkey noodle, nothing left but bone when she pulls it out.
