GE Silicone II - opinions?

Keep doing big water changes and aerate the tank is all you can do

GE I, it stinks like vinegar and takes for ever to dry, its clear, if it doesn't stink like vinegar you got the wrong stuff. No acrylic, no pestisides, moldicide, etc. gotta be 100% sillicon caulk, GE I i believe. just cut it open if it stinks like vinegar you got the right stuff. I've resealed quite a few leakers from lfs

Well I am glad I read this thread all the way through as I had just day before yesterday finished sealing my leaky 40 gallon glass tank with GE 100% Silicone II and was ready to leave it as is until I got to the last three posts. Looks like another trip to Lowe's for some GE I 100% Silicone.
