Indoor pond idea

Hey people, recently i was thinking of making an 300 gallon indoor pond an 8'x4'x20'', with polystyrene insulation in the walls and a polycarbonate sheet as the lid. But how much do i pay for heating, i am going to use 2 Eheim Jäger 300W Heaters the pond needs to be around 80℉ and i pay 0,20 cents for 1Kwh, my basement is around 50℉.

I don't think you have nearly enough heat to raise the temperature that high. You are talking 30* F above ambient room temps. That could be a lot of heating. Definitely more than 600w in my opinion. I was looking at 1000w+ for a 400g tank.
