I like how you put the air pump over the doorway. It needs to be accessable, as these pumps have an air filter that needs to be periodically cleaned. If you can get a spare air filter for your pump next time you place an order, that's a good idea. You can then put the extra filter in while the original one is drying out from being washed (Unless you are like me and lose the extra one )
Just one suggestion.. It might be too late, but if funds allow.. I got some 2" insulating styrofoam sheets from a home improvment store and used a special adhesive that comes in a caulk gun to glue them to the walls. The insulation really helps keep the room warm. I did other insulation too, but I don't want to ramble too much.. Point is, my room stays at about 80, year round, with no supplemental heat (the furnace and water heater keep the room warm with background heat. I had to close the furnace vent because the room got to 90).. If you can keep the entire room heated vs heating each tank and put lids on your tanks, a lot of humidity problems go away. I have about 40 tanks, with lids.. no dehumidifier, in a basement and the humidity is only 40% in the winter. I forget the summer measurement, but it was in the ok range. Of course, it's a lot of extra work to do all that too, and you have a lot of fish you need to get moved now.
