Red Mammon female or Parrot Cichlid?

I'm confused about this fish since there is so much hybridization and some lfs just don't know their fish. This fish is 8 years old idk if it's parrot or mammon it don't like like a party since it's more circular while a parrot has a head then a back.

It looks more like a Mammon than a BP to me, head is a tell tale sign; but I'm not 100% confident.

update on cichlid community tank

Currently 6 blood parrots (some kinda not sure if bp or something else)
1 Jack demsey 1 Midas cichlid 1 FH

One of the older parrots is recovering from HOH disease has had it multiple times idk why only that parrot. The tank isn't 100% mine I share with my dad
One of the parrots has had missing scales since I bought it and one has a bubble under its eye (Walmart Fish)

U can tell which one I favor
