I'm new. I currently have an empty 55 gal aquarium.
As of yesterday, my last fish passed away (a lace cat fish named It)
For several years my aquarium was home to five peacock cichlids and a lace cat, but sadly my lace cat lost his life by wedging himself between two of the large rock's in the aquarium while I was at work. When I came home, he was still alive, so I set him free, but he passed away a few hours later
I'm here looking for advice on what other kinds of fish I can keep in my setup, but I'll put that in a new post and leave this post to introductions
My first fish was a tiger oscar named calcifer, he passed away at ten years old. He was quite the learning experiance for me, and one day I hope to own another oscar when I can purchase a much larger tank.
As for now, I would like to keep my options limited to my 55 gal.
