Pvc pipe solvent glue into a slip x slip bulkhead

The bulkhead fittings could be either PVC or ABS so if you already have PVC cement, check the can to see whether it can also be used for ABS. They do make a product that can be used on multiple materials.

Based on my experience, the bulkhead looks to be ABS. If that's the case, you should use PVC/ABS transition glue. It's a green color and most brands that make piping glue should have it as well.
