Insulate IBC

hey all i have an IBC tote laying around it is in my garage (300 gallons). could i insulate it with first tin foil bubblewrap then styrofoam and seal it with expanding foam. and then i will put a 2kw external heater on it.
could i insulate it that way to keep an stable temp? (my garage isn't insulated or heated ).

You could find someone who does spray foam insulation and have them coat the outside. That should work great.

No idea what you have planned for this container, but if it was me, I would simply just wrap it in those house insulation that you unroll and trim down to go between joists. Then use rigid foam boards to box and cover everything, including the top.....making access openings where ever you need it. Silicone is a good adhesive for rigid foam. You're also going to get that container off the concrete floor, so sit in on plywood and/or studs. This should provide some insulation from the floor.
