I'm glad to be back into the hobby and I am purchasing a 90 gallon tank. I live in a mobile home and it doesn't sit on the floor therefore I am curious to know if any other members live in one and don't have a problem with heavy weight. The biggest I've had was a 55 gallon but I'm sure 90 gallons is a lot more heavier. Regardless I will get some 2x4s and reinforce bottom of the area where I will be setting up my tank just wanted to hear any other experiences

When I was in a mobile home, I had an 80 gallon(48"x24"17") without supports. But went under and added supports for my 125 and 190.

90 is inbetween me not doing it and doing it. plus my 80 mostly likely had a larger footprint then your 90.

Sorry, if this doesn't help

I know someone that has had a 125 all over his mobile home. No issues yet.

I have the following in mine, a 180, 120,110, 2 - 55's and a 40, and have never had a problem. I do however put floor jacks under the bigger ones.
