This was my first cichlid and got them again I forgot how cool these fish are and their personality.

Trying to hook these two up..

I paid 15$ for the 6" guy he's super stressed in that pic haha

That was my second cichlid it got too big for my 55 gallon and sold him off.

We recently got some....I think...calico convicts....the boyfriend is getting tired of all the convicts we have but I think their behaviors when they pair up are amusing to watch.

Nice! I might just end up buying another con around 3" since the big guy not sure if hes shooting blanks since his age is unknown. They are very peaceful with each other the male has its aggression at times but for the most part looks like a pair. She laid eggs a week ago so she should be able to lay eggs soon maybe 1-2 weeks. I'll have updates. I will be using these con fry as dithers lol
