Your water temp to me seems a little high. I keep mine at 80.

Is the fins getting any worse? It need to eat something Try live mealworms or crickets for now and go back to your pellets and shrimps later.

I know that it's common for larger Aro's to go for weeks and even a month without eating. But I don't think that's normal for 8". I think store bought crickets and meal/super worms would be safe. Just to mix up his diet while he's starting to eat again.
