Weird crater/dimple on Kelberis side

Hey guys one of my kelberi growouts has this weird dimple/crater on his left side and I was hoping someone knows what it is or has seen it before. I'm not really worried about it cause he seems perfectly healthy but I would just like to know. Thanks!

One of my kelberi has the same thing. I've also noticed if I look at it straight on its got an s shaped spine rather than being straight.
