It looks different them my Siberian that I had before. Sharper more turned up nose. Was sold as a diamond sturgeon but I know those to have white scoots. Not sure on this one any thoughts? It is 3.5-4" or so.

I know it isn't an albino. Been thinking of getting one of them. I just put it in the tank when I took the pics. It is happier now and eating some pond pellets and flakes.

Been trying to get my hands on a true diamond for a while. Not an easy task.

awesome fish. Being an NA keeper I'd like to get my hands on one of the smaller species but only if I had a cold ass home made river tank.

The plans for this and all the sturgeon I plan to get is to go into my outdoor pond that is in the works. The plan is to have a viewing window into the basement of my house and a good sized pond outside. Something around 10,000-20,000 gals or depending on my depth. I have not sat down and figured out the total gals for the pond yet as it isn't in yet. It will hold a handful of sturgeon and koi year round. Debating on if I will run the filtration in the house or not still.

Here are some settled in shots. Never stops moving so they are hard to get. Now in the pics, it is eating omega one flakes. Mix diet for it of frozen, pellets, and these flakes.

Then you need to get some shovelnose sturgeon, warm water fish, bred in captivity, smallest NA sturgeon..
