I get a strong enough suction created using the Python Squeeze that I don't need to run my water any more when doing water changes. I could definitely suck up all the sand in the tanks if I wanted. My python hose is about 50 feet long.
Really??? I just ordered one, the large size with the siphon squeeze, will have it in two days.

Yep. No sucking on the end of a nasty fish hose and it gets the water flowing after a few quick squeezes. You do have to hold the "Squeeze" vertically to get the suction started, but it's easy to figure out what works best.
