Help! What's wrong with my Gourami?

This happened to my previous gourami and I'm really concerned as the last one died. It's laying down on the bottom but is still responsive. If anything bothers it, it will spaz around and move to another spot on the floor. All my other fish are very healthy but I don't know why this is happening! Please help and tell me what's wrong and how to cure this beautiful fish! Thank you!

In my experience when a fish is like that they are close to dead

what are your water parameters? how long has the tank been up and running?

Tank mates? How many tank mates....

we need more than just a lethargic fish pic.
