I just wanted to share a little about NJAS' 2016 Fish Farm Tour to Florida.
A group of 11 of us recently toured just a few of the many fish farms, wholesale operations, and grow-out / transhipper facilities located in southern Florida. Our host, NJAS' own Chuck Davis put together a jam-packed 3 day itinerary taking us from the most basic of operations all the way through to a private tour of Segrest Farms given by Segrest President Sandy Moore. I just want to point out that one of the benefits of belonging to a fish club are knowing the right people. Chuck was able to get access to this facility because the folks attending the tour were coming under the NJAS group.
