Back in the fifties or 60s a guy noodling for catfish got a deep bite to the head by a beaver and died,not a very common way to die

I was a little surprised to find out people are keeping prairie dogs as pets, I guess they can imprint with their owners if acquired at a young age

My uncle sold a very young meerkat his dog found and it tamed very well it seems

Probably an age thing

I was feeding a corn snake and a mouse bit me and I dropped it,it scurried away and managed to live 3 more months before meeting its fate(yeah snake food)

This is why i will never feed live animals to my snake. Risky and unnecessary in most cases

I agree hendre,these days u should wiggle the mice to get your predatory response
I play with the snake using the thawed moise and i get quite the feeding response most of the time
