SS/RS.....which one is it?

Both. It's an SS with the RS trim package. Package includes halo headlights, color matching roof rails, 20" aluminum wheels and darken tail lens.
Regular 1SS and 2SS have a white SS badge. SS/RS has a red SS badge.

Interesting,I never knew of that trim level.I thought that the RS was a step beneath the SS.

Typical RS is V6. 1SS, 2SS, SS/RS are V8, ZL-1 (supercharged) V8

Yeah I knew the RS is a v6 as a Camaro along with the Challenger was on my short list a few years ago before I decided on a Charger.It just seems odd that the higher level v8 has the options of a v6. These cars have so many trim levels one can hardly keep up with them
