thanks bro. those are exactly how i was going to do a dyi overflow. one on left/right side. prefer those over the corner overflows.

You can do left side if you going to make it a peninsula take to separate two rooms or you can use one of those slims right across the whole back. Peninsula tanks are great if you have the right setup.
Get yourself a good orbital sander and buffing wheel. If you don't have any crazy deep scratches start off with 800 instead of 600 grit then 1000 and then 2000. After that buff it out with novus 1, 2, 3 for the best results. I found the plastix works too but it as good.
