Albino ID Shark with giant bubble on side of head/body

This showed up just 3 days ago and has grown to twice the size in that amount of time. This seems to have come out of nowhere, I've been watching this fish closely and have it has been fine until a few days ago. from everything I read this looks like a tumor, but I have never seen anything like it. Thoughts?

not sure what that is but could very well be an abscess or infection. Any tank mates? Water parameters?

a number of other tank mate, mostly catfish, but no new members. I haven tested the water yet, but I did a water change a week before this showed up. The bubble has gone back down significantly since my firs post.
