Baby Snail

Ok so I saved a mystery snail from certain death. I only had Sparky and he/she's been in my tank for about two months now. Today while doing maintenance I found a very, very small baby mystery snail in there too. I bought an Anubias plant Saturday and only had it in the tank for one night but removed it aftet Sparky thought I bought him a saladbar. My Anubias is now in my guppy fry tank. Is it possible that Sparky had a kid or was this a transfer from the plant.

Ps I made sure this is a Mystery snail via viewing it with a magnifying glass.

snails hitchhike on plants all the time, that's my guess

I hope that's the case because I really don't want a tank with hundreds of snails. But I could probably feed them to my Crawfish if I want to get rid of them which would be kind of ironic since I saved Sparky from becoming fish food

Or you can get Yoyo Loach group they will clean up all the nails in no time.

Mystery snails don't breed as much as other snails ,I wouldn't worry about a snailpocalypse

Deadliest glad to hear, I was kind of worried about that. But I've rather grown fond of Sparky and don't want to get to a point where I need to get rid of all snail in the event of having a snailpocalypse.
