I was thinking the same thing but I can see the reproductive organ so that's throwing me off

It looks too sharp and pointed to be a female ovipositor, looks more like a male organ to me.

You can just see the males here in the pic below



And here much blunter and rounded on this female.

it was sold as a male , yet ironically the ovipositor was sticking out when I bought "her". Lots of male characteristics, but I don't think you can confuse the male sex organ w/ an ovipositor, can you?? She got that wicked female GT-aggression too that I dont see in males - males get aggressive but once the other fish piss-off, he leaves them alone, this girl just kills for the sake of killing things

That's why I named her "Angel", as in "Angel of Death"
