Dang, that definitely bites. I've had one fish jump out one of my hujetas, but many of escapes keeping crays. I'd say tape some plastic over all the openings.

i believe you underestimate the rtb. As long as size is relatively equal I'd say it's 1st strike 1st served both are equipped with weaponry to be fatal but ideally peaceful to other fish. A behavior I have noticed with rtb's they get jealous, they don't like watching other fish eat their...

I'd suspect the pictus cats, those are insane catfish, incredibly proficient hunters. I'd watch those... :FIREdevil
