If you want to buy the trailer it would be another 600.00 or if you want to use it to deliver the tank you can leave a deposit. I'm not sure how much it weighs but it has got to be near 2000 pounds.

You will need to use an epoxy paint, get some that is food safe. Read the instuctions about curing times and temps.

I have a lot of large tanks and a lot of them are hooked together so I'm used to filtering large water volumes. When you say that you "can not filter it clean" it makes me wonder if the tank is going through a "start up cycle" and what you see as dirty water is really just the bacterial bloom...
