    Whats your rarest catch?

My rarest by hook was recent and snakeheads and by net which isn't truly fishing lol not to mention caught in one of those communities which are built around lakes thus full of exotics due to owners dumping them over decades was what I think are Dempseys or Dempsey hybrids. I am not sure but...

    Yellowjackets in the pond?

They come by the dozens because they take the water to build their nests or drink as they drink a lot in summer.. I also get the bigger mud wasps who do the same but only happens during May to Sept. They are easy enough to catch by net put it on ground and stomp on them. They only travel so...

    Cherry Red Shrimp Breeding Project.

I wouldn't add a pleco because even the smallest of pleco could eat them or their babies. At min stress them out so that the breeding you want is curtailed. If you want fish consider White clouds or small middle, top swimming fish but fish like plecos that hug ornaments which shrimp seek out...

    Natural looking Turtle Basking area

You do not want to lose water so like others have suggested floating corkbark which is great. I use it outside in my water trough after Coura suggested it . Corkbark might be easier for turtle to lay on and completely dry himself on than floating log . You can't go wrong with it. Rocks,etc...
