Thanks for that info, if a yellow belly can survive scottish temps i'm sure a snapper can survive temps here, i'll probabaly wait till next year too put it outside as its still quite small and i'd end up losing him.
well obviousley, i wouldn't attempt to keep anything else with him currently as he's only in a 90, But later on he'll either be getting an 8x4 or he can go in the 3500g outside pond but i fear the weather would be too cold up here in the uk.
thanks guys, i got him end of march this year at 1.5" shell length and he's now around 3.5" and much wider.
Does anyone have experience keeping them with other turtles?, i've seen them kept with red ear sliders and am really tempted too get a loggerhead musk.
wow, really like the koliba, I was considering getting an international shipment from toyin last year but didn't really have the money, I may just have to bite the bullet and go ahead with it some time this year.
wow, best poly collection on this forum i've seen hands down. I remember the first time you posted pics of that p.b.b and its so much bigger and more beautiful now.
very nice, You ever had anything shipped from the uk. I haven't a clue about shipping costs but it might be worth it as i've seen endli very cheap over here recently (equivilant of $10 or so)
I'll have too ask at the MH near me, just never seen ansorgii around here or anywhere else in the uk but would be brilliant if i could get hold of a few.
Been ages since i last posted on mfk when i had 6 poly's, i now have 15 and counting.
Excuse the pics and algae, i'm having a real problem with it at the moment with the tank being in a conservatory.
