    Help! Can't diagnose on my own!!!!

    I'm really not sure since the fishes I owned have never contracted this so I wouldn't know how to treat it too. Thats why I was hoping someone else would give a second opinion on what it is. Or show the best treatment. Anyways goodluck with your fishes.

    I'm gonna give this a second try it could be myxobacteriosis. Thats the only other disease I could think of that darkens your fish's skin and loss of appetite. http://www.fishyportal.com/cgi-bin/pub/diag?c=v&id=50 I would seek a second opinion though. I hope this could help. Goodluck too.

    Oh, sorry I skimmed. Could be a type of fungus, since you mention something mossy and spongy.
