    how many gallons do you figure you'd have used up by the 6th coat? great build man, its totally inspired me to go this route. Its so much cheaper than the best deals ive got on epoxy and other alternatives. its gonna be great to see that tank full of water and that ray.

    great start dude. im going with a 60x24x24 myself, i can't wait to get started but im still waiting for a few more things to come together. what glue did you use to bond them together? looking forward to seeing how well that liquid rubber works.

    home hardware is literally a 2min drive from my place, its my day off tomorrow so it looks like ill be paying a visit. chances are they wont have it in stock but shouldn't have a problem ordering 2 gals. the local glass company here wants $15 a square foot for 10mm tempered. thats not even 1/2...
