    there a pond next door with tons of them. Im assuming they are bullfrogs . not sure though they are green but that probably doesnt help. Ther arent too many frogs native to Vermont though.

    I would think that as long as the landlord wasnt paying the light bill and you didnt have all the tanks in one room it shouldnt be a problem. I have 5 tanks in a house i rent and pay my own light bill with no problems and mine are much larger than yours.(180, 125, 75, 65)
