What size tank? Give this a try.

It is only an issue if it get into pumps and filters. Most of the time I get annoyed when fish stir it up during feeding or onto tank driftwoods. I used emerald purple garnet for my bichirs. Grains are pretty big.

For external I would recommend Reeflo or Iwaki. Both are very reliable. For submersible, most on mfk run the DC jebao pump with digi controller. The digi controller is the first to fail so have a backup plan.

Nice tank and price! I would buy this if I didn’t already have a tank.

Good product for anything 180g or bigger. 1/4 tsp treats 300g. You can use 1/2 tsp if you suspect ammo spike.

Where do you guys place your drain hole and return holes? I planned to do two returns on the left and two drains on the right. Is this the ideal setup for most people?

This one doesn’t look deep at it. It looks like barely on the surface like paint misting on it but I know it’s crazing. I am not sure if I am up for a 4 hrs task sanding, more sanding, and buffing.😂 I already invested way more time than I planned for this tank.
