    Spiders freak me out, but to get over my fears I got a couple rose hairs a few years back, one died, but I still have the other! He got mean since he molted 7 or 8 months back, so i havent had him out since! you have a very large collection, nice!

    need to ID these fat fish

    I have four of these fish, no pics to show you yet, but they are light pink in color, 4 to 6 inches long and real fat like a parrot cichlid, but they have humps on there heads, i looked at pictures of flower horns but they seem to be longer than what I have, these fish I have are more compact...

    severums and convicts

    I have a four inch gold severum and a 6 inch severum, They were previously in a 55 gallon with five convicts, two of which were approximatly 4 inches long, no problems at all until the convicts hatched a brood, I moved the severums to my 150 display tank for now!

    So, what fish will eat them? i dont want to end up with another empty shell! The last one I had either got eaten by my parrot cichlids or my convicts. Do they over breed into the tank like some other types of snails?

    Can fish-keeping be considered a disorder?

    There sure is a cycle with it! its so catchy, first one tank for display, then a breeding tank for this and one for that, and a trouble maker tank for the rest, i'm ready for a big goldfish tank next so to raise some koi and comets for the pond!

    Thanks for the picture. I think the snails add to the look of the tank, especially for freshwater, something other than fish!

    I would suggest severums, parrot fish, tiger barbs, possibly a couple convict cichlids, pleco, maybe some corydoras and a big cat fish.
