They are about 4" now and look quite interesting. I'm likely catching them out tomorrow I'll snap some pics if I think about it. I just don't want to devote the time and space to them anymore. They are going to be stunning fish I think but I'm not a hybrid guy and don't want to distribute them...

I've kept both. I love both. But it's no comparison to me. The umbees are typically far more active and there is just something majestic about a big male umbee. They are one of the few fish I've kept that you watch them and they watch back, and you can see the wheels turning. Very intelligent...

The male a buddy of mine had for 8-9 months and them I picked him up a little over a year ago give or take. He was 3" when he was shipped to Idaho. He is now roughly 12.5-13". The female I just got and she is 4.5-5". The tank is a 110. Sent from my iPhone using MonsterAquariaNetwork app
