Punishments differ from state to state. Anything can get shipped to any state for a price, but as a responsible fish keeper, I dont think it would be wise to break a federal law. I could only imagine fines and possible imprisonment would be imposed

i just started a planted 10 gallon tank with a diy co2. There is a film residue on top of the tank from the plants, (it sorta looks like gasoline on cement, if this makes since.) Is this ok? or normal? Any info would help. thanks john

I am looking into buying a 10g setup (the kind from walmart). It has 2 incandecent bulbs. If i took those two bulbs out and replaced them with mini compact florecent bulbs ( like this one). . Can i grow low to medium light plants?
