Well after about two years of my Tigrinus fish dieing I just bought another from exotic fish shop. Price was awesome compared to what they are running right now. Having him shipped next week. Can't wait one of my dream fish that I wanted to own again. Now if I can just find another...

Yes I have been all over suppliers trying to get them. And if they did have them they are like 6 to 10 inches and over 250 bucks.

I haven't any juruense catfish for sale in awhile. It's like they went extinct. I have noticed alot of vendors can't even get them anymore.

The p. Curruscans it is the largest of the shovelnose. Hard to find small but I think predatory fins has a few right now

Yes this was mine that I bought about 4 years ago and had him for about 2.5 to 3 years and he was bought as a regular juruense. And he grew to be one of the best catfish I have ever owned and will soon get another. As long as you feed them good and also feed them shrimp it helps with color...

If you buy a regular juruense and grow them out they can look just as good I had one for like 2 years and it ended up be really pretty until I accidentally killed him dont pay for over prices ones if you fees them right and be patient they are all reallly nice when they get big

There's nothing special about those fish as they get bigger there stripes will go away on some species. They are way the hell over priced. They are regular juruense catfish.

They get about 12 inches and loose there color. I loved mine when I had him. But there are boreing and are real bad *******s

Jumper loves to swim in current and and loves talapia and earth worms. Fast swimming fish. And very skittish. Slow grower had mine about 4 months and grown maybe 2 inches
