Awesome fish room. Your collection is interesting.

Here is the 65 under the 90.

these guys all used to be in the 90 and the yellow finned barbs were in this tank.

but they go so big I had to switch them around.

One of these tinfoils is sick right now.
has some sort of bacterial infection (puffy head region, with head area turning whitish, losing colour in fins, but still eating and swimming normally).

I went to mexico for a week, came back, and he had this. not sure what happened while I was gone. the tanks did not appear to be overfed by my brother.. doing the usual water changes, and adding salt.

he is not that old (about 5 years now). I am keeping my finger crossed. Stuff like this is almost impossible to treat with the addition of meds.

the fish's immune system has to kick in..

and stocking police: yes, I know this tank is overstocked. I had no choice if I wanted to keep my yellow fin barbs :)

Great looking yellow finned barbs. I had a couple that were about that size, maybe a tad bigger, that I lost when they pulled a digital thermometer into the tank and poisened themselves. I'm surprised they have enough room in there, mine were too big at feeding time in the 180 I had them in, they practically emptied half the tank each dinner time.

Here us a shot of my 20 long with cardinals and plants, taken about a month ago.

it now looks like **** because I haven't trimmed it in forever.

the plants grow so fast in a 12 inch high tank, and I have been very busy at work and nightschool LOL

but the fish are healthy and so are the plants, they are just a little overgrown right now LOL
I don't think it needs trimming....

I like all your pics! Your fish are really big!

Yeah, I am from AC, I thought you looked familiar too! LOL
Ok, I get the plant thing now. My tank used to be a mass of green plants too. Until last week, we kinda cleaned it out and stuff. AGH it looks so empty. :O
