I picked up a really nice tamandua (or double-nose) elephant nose the other day. It is strikingly different in terms of temperament than any other elephant nose I have kept--this guy is constantly cruising around the tank, following my geos and chasing away any of my plecs that get too close to his spot. Not shy be any means and although there are plenty of hiding places in the tank he mostly hangs out in the open by a large piece of driftwood. Anyone else kept these fish? Any similar experiences?
