Difference between siamese algae eater and flying fox?
My lfs has some fish labeled as flying fox, but they might be siamese algae eaters. (I need a good, hopefully peaceful, algae eater). Are there any particular characteristics that distinguish the two?

Chinese algae eaters grow to 12"+ and are not efficient at consuming algae at an adult size.

one has clear fins and the other doesnt, the line should extend all the way on one of them forget which but these are the sure fire ways to tell flying foxes from siamese.
Tank 90gal: Empty for now, will be filling new year with parachromis growout species unknown as yet

Thanks, but when I look at their pics, they both seem to have extended lines and clear fins. Any other differences?
